Nothing you type here comes to us
These tools run entirely on your own phone or computer. What you write stays there. It isn’t sent to us, it isn’t saved on our website, and we can’t see it — not even if we wanted to.
That’s deliberate. The complaint tool exists partly so you can write a complaint about us, and that would be worth nothing if we were reading over your shoulder.
Save or print your work before you close the page — because nothing is stored, closing the tab means starting again.
