A place to gather your thoughts, your words and your photos before you meet your planner, LAC or support coordinator.
Please read this first. This tool does not know you. It cannot see your plan, your funding or your situation, and it cannot tell you what the NDIS will or will not pay for.
Everything below is general information only. It gives you ideas and words to take to a conversation — it is not advice, and it is not a decision.
The NDIS only funds supports that are related to your disability and that it decides are reasonable and necessary. For a breakdown of your actual plan, ask your NDIA planner, Local Area Coordinator (LAC), Early Childhood partner, or your support coordinator or recovery coach.
Your privacy. Nothing you type or photograph here is sent anywhere. It stays on your device, in this page only. Nothing is saved — when you close or refresh this page, it is gone. Print it or save it as a PDF before you leave.
Tick anything that is hard, tiring, unsafe, or something you need another person's help with. Tick as many or as few as you like.
A photo can explain something faster than a paragraph. People often photograph the step they can't climb, the shower they can't use safely, the pile of unopened mail, the equipment that is broken or too small, the kitchen bench they can't reach.
You choose what to photograph. Only take photos you are comfortable showing to your planner. Don't photograph other people without asking them first.
This is general information, not advice. These are ideas to ask about. They are not things you have been approved for, and they may not suit you. Only the NDIS can decide what goes in your plan, and only if it is related to your disability and is reasonable and necessary.
Ask your planner, LAC or support coordinator to go through this with you.
The text file holds your words, not your photos. To keep the photos, use Print or save as PDF.
