  • Maximum price. The price shown is the most a provider can charge. You might pay less than this, and that is okay.
  • The code. The code — like 01_020_0120_1_1 — is the NDIS item number. It can help when you check an invoice.
  • Daytime rate. The main price is for a weekday in the daytime. Some supports cost more in the evening, on weekends, or overnight. Tap “See evening, weekend & overnight rates” to see those.

These are maximum prices — the most a registered provider can charge. What you actually pay can be less, and it's worth talking with your provider about the rate in your service agreement. Prices shown are the national rate, which applies across almost all of Victoria.
