Support works best when you know who you’re talking to. Every participant has one dedicated coordinator – but no coordinator works alone. Our team supports each other to navigate challenges and achieve the best possible outcomes for participants.
There’s no wrong way to reach us. Some people would rather text than talk. Some need time to think before they answer. That’s completely fine, and you never have to explain why.
You’ll see below that we’re the same. Each of us has listed how we’re best reached — and where someone works better by text or email than by phone, they’ve simply said so. We’d rather be honest about that than pretend everyone’s the same.

You don’t have to work that out on your own — just call or send us a message. If someone here looks like a good fit for you, say so and we’ll do our best to match you with them; it comes down to who has capacity at the time. And if it turns out you don’t click with the coordinator you’re given, tell us and we’ll change it. Nobody has to make do.
