We’re an independent, support-coordination-only provider based in Bendigo — and the Loddon Mallee is our patch. From central Victoria up to Swan Hill and across to Mildura, we know these communities — and we support people right across them, in person and by phone and video.

The Loddon Mallee is a big place — bigger than some states. So we’re upfront about what support looks like depending on where you are. None of these is a lesser option; they’re just different, and we’ll match you to whatever works.

Where we’re based and where we’re strongest. Coordinators who are local, who know the providers, and who can meet you face to face.

We travel up to Swan Hill regularly, so face-to-face support is a real option — with phone and video filling the time between visits.

Mildura and the far Mallee are in our catchment and fully supported by phone and video — the easiest way to work with us for many people, not a fallback. As our work up north grows, we’ll be travelling further, more often.

Why a regional provider
Distance shouldn’t decide the quality of your support
Too many people in the smaller towns get told that good support coordination is a city thing — that out here, you take what you can get. We don’t accept that.
Support coordination is the only thing we do, so there’s no conflict of interest wherever you live: when we suggest a provider, it’s because they suit you, not because they’re ours. And because so much of coordination is phone calls, emails and knowing the system, a coordinator two hours away who picks up the phone can serve you better than one down the road who doesn’t.
We know the Loddon Mallee — its distances, its services, and the gaps that come with living regionally. That’s the whole point of a provider who works the region, not just the city.
