NDIS Support Coordination in Bendigo
We’re an independent, support-coordination-only provider, started right here in Bendigo over six years ago. We help you understand your plan, find providers who actually suit you, and keep it all working together.
Prefer not to phone? Email or ask for a callback instead — whatever’s easiest.
What “local” actually buys you
We know which Bendigo providers pick up the phone
Any provider can put “Bendigo” on a website. What matters is whether your coordinator knows the difference between the OT with a four-month waitlist and the one who can see you in a fortnight — and knows it because they spoke to both last week.
We’ve been in Central Victoria for six years. Our coordinators are here, not coordinating your Bendigo supports from an office in Melbourne. That’s the whole point of a local provider, and it’s the bit that doesn’t show up in a brochure.
And because support coordination is the only service we sell, the provider we suggest is the one we think is right — not one of ours.
What we do
Three services, and how to tell which one you need
These names get used loosely. Here’s what each actually means, in plain English.
Support Coordination
The everyday one. We help you make sense of your plan, find and set up providers, sort out service agreements, and step in when something isn’t working.
Most participants start here
Specialist Support Coordination
For when things are genuinely complex — multiple services pulling in different directions, a support environment that keeps breaking down, or high risk that needs managing carefully.
Funded separately in your plan
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
For people living with mental health challenges. It’s less about wrangling providers and more about working alongside you, at your pace, on what recovery looks like for you.
Built on lived experience
Where we work
Bendigo, Loddon, and across Central Victoria
Bendigo is home. It’s where we started and where our provider relationships run deepest. We also have coordinators on the ground in Melbourne and Kinglake, and we offer Telehealth for participants further out.

How it starts
What actually happens in your first few weeks
Not a philosophy — the real sequence, so you know what you’re saying yes to.
First
We go through your plan together
We read it before we meet, then sit down with you and work through what’s in it, what it means, and what you actually want out of it.
Then
We find providers
We shortlist people who’d suit you – approach, location, availability – and you choose. Choosing your own providers is your right, and we mean it.
Next
We set it up
Service agreements, bookings, introductions. The admin that stops most plans getting off the ground.
Ongoing
We stay with it
Things change, supports fall over, plans come up for reassessment. That’s when a coordinator earns their keep.
Who we work with
You might be in one of these
You’ve just got a plan
It arrived, it’s forty pages, and you’re not sure where to begin. That’s the most common call we get, and it’s a completely normal place to start from.
Your supports keep falling over
Providers coming and going, services that don’t talk to each other, or a support environment that keeps destabilising. This is what specialist coordination exists for.
You live with psychosocial disability
Mental health is a significant part of what we do — and several of our team bring lived experience to it, not just training.
You’re a hospital, planner or referrer
We take referrals from LACs, hospital discharge teams, planners and other providers. We’ll tell you honestly if we have capacity.
We’re here to help
Send us a message and we’ll get back to you. There’s no obligation, and you don’t need a plan in hand to ask a question.
