Our brochures
Everything we give you, in both formats
Each one comes as a standard brochure and an Easy Read version. Take whichever suits you — they’re the same information, and neither is the “proper” one.
Your rights and responsibilities
What you can expect from us, and what we ask of you. Worth reading before anything else.
Feedback and complaints
How to tell us when something’s wrong — and what we do about it. You can also go straight to the NDIS Commission; that’s your right.
Privacy and confidentiality
What we record about you, who can see it, and how you get hold of it.
Incident management
What counts as an incident, what we’re required to do, and what happens afterwards.
A note on Easy Read. It isn’t a simplified version for people who can’t manage the real one – it’s the same information, written to be understood. Plenty of people prefer it, and there’s no reason to explain why you chose it.
The official ones
