My name is Tylah and I’ve been working in the disability sector since 2019 with a passion for working collaboratively and holistically with individuals to reach their full potential by restoring feelings of empowerment and building healthy relationships through dignity, patience, respect, and kindness. I have experience and knowledge in supporting challenging behaviours, trauma-informed care, and person-centred active support. I have a particular interest and expertise in complex behaviours of concern, autism spectrum disorder, mental health, and intellectual disability.
I have a double degree in Psychological Science and Criminology. I have sound knowledge and understanding of complex needs, mental health and illness, human development, cognitive and intellectual disability. I have the knowledge and experience to navigate the justice system and community services and how this can impact your experience in our society.
I will do my best to ensure that with my knowledge and experience, I will connect you with supports, services, and resources to align with your NDIS plan, risk and need, personal goals, strengths, and barriers. I am excited to work with you!
