Hi I’m Zac

I started my journey of working in the disability sector over 10 years ago as I wanted to spend my time working in an area that was meaningful and gave me a sense of purpose each day. With two of my brothers having a disability, it felt like a natural fit.

Over the past decade I have gained experience in multiple roles including; Direct Support Worker, Local Area Coordinator, Program Manager, Support Coordination Team Leader and Support Coordinator.

In my current role, I value working extremely close with participants, as well as their extended networks. I really enjoy working with a collaborative approach and problem solving any barriers that impede people living life the way they choose to.

Over the years I have worked with people with a wide range of disabilities and health conditions, but a particular area of interest of mine is working with people with complex neurological conditions.
