Hello I am John and I have been working in the disability support sector for 6 years. During these years I have gained experience in varying diverse roles.
Through my experiences in the disability sector I have developed a deep passion and learnt understanding of disability rights and needs, along with different communication styles to work collaboratively with the abilities of those around me.
Whilst gaining my experience I have sustained my natural ability to create and engage in local and external networks.
My particular areas of interest are further developing my knowledge, working with young people at risk and with high needs, working with the elderly and treat all with compassion, dignity and respect.
