Hi! I’m Conchita.

My passion is in support coordination where I can implement and assist in maximising the benefits of my participants’ ndis plans. My favourite part is having regular interactions with my participants and seeing positive outcomes. My focus is on making the process stress free for our participants.

My previous experience as an NDIS local area coordinator provided me with a wealth of knowledge about the backend of the NDIS and how to navigate systems efficiently and effectively.

My work experience in support services spans three continents ( America, Asia and Australia). This includes support in disability, refugee and indigenous populations. I am very grateful that Australia has the NDIS system in place to support our participants.

I am originally from the USA and my tertiary qualifications are in Psychology and Social work. I am a mother of three who loves the lifestyle that regional Victoria has to offer. I look forward to working with you.
