Hey I’m Matt
I previously worked in manufacturing for 20+ years where I developed a passion for working alongside, supporting, and mentoring people of all ages, disabilities, and multicultural backgrounds.
I began specifically working in the disability sector over 7 years ago during the roll out and introduction of the NDIS as a Local Area Coordinator, and later in roles as a Program Manager and Senior Local Area Coordinator.
These experiences working closely with the NDIS led to my decision to transition to Support Coordination, and now as a Senior Support Coordinator in this wonderful team.
I thrive on collaborating with participants, their family, and friends, exploring and identifying the necessary supports and services together while building their own capacity and knowledge. I also value the ability to work closely with participants and their teams to understand and get the most out of their NDIS plans while working towards achieving their goals and dreams together.
