I have worked in the Community Service sector for 4 years. I have been lucky enough to have developed my skills throughout the years including Case management, Kinship Care, Leading, and managing Complex Clients and Support Teams including TAC Case Management, supporting clients in the disability and mental health sector to achieve short- and long-term goals. I am passionate about supporting my participants, listening to their needs, and building capacity to achieve their goals whilst collaborating with
stakeholders to ensure all needs are met.
